Perlabor (幻悪魔 (ペーラボー) Perabo; Latin for "Glide"; Japanese for "Phantom Demon") is the name given to the high speed movement Los Pecadores are capable of. It is the equivalent of a Shinigami's Shunpo, an Arrancar's Sonído, and a Quincy's Hirenkyaku, but exclusively used by a Pecador.
Description
While Perlabor is similar to other speed techniques in function and use, it distinguishes itself by the sound, or lack there of, it creates. While Shunpo creates a swishing noise, and Sonído makes a booming or static noise, Perlabor creates no sound at all. Nor does it produce any visible reaction or disturbences the environment around the user. There is no wind generated or tracks left behind. Instead, a Pecador simply disappears and reappears in a different location as if they were teleporting, which makes this particular technique very deadly since it gives no warning to a user's target. Only through incredible reflexes and awareness is one able to combat this skill.
Mechanics
The technique does not rely on steps of any kind beyond the first one used for direction. Instead, it takes spiritual energy to act as propulsion and keep a Pecador in constant motion without requiring any additional steps. This allows them to remain completely silent during transition and maintain incredible speeds incapable of following. While Shunpo uses steps as a means of measurement, with faster users able to reduce the number of steps between points, Pecadores use zero steps in between travel, making Perlabor a superior technique to the Shinigami.
